Built in 1995 & 1996 Briar Pointe is located in the South West Corner of Schaumburg. Located near the Elgin O'hare Expressway and near the Metra station is a great place to live for those who commute. Briar Pointe has two styles of homes. Manor homes are units that have all the living space on one floor. The townhomes are 2 story units that have living space on both the first and second floor.
